Applicable for automatic honing and polishing of carving tools
SHARPENING ISTRUCTION
Operation: press the paste briefly onto the rotating disk. Lay the blade of the tool flatly on the disk and press on.
Application advantages:
- ultra fast sharpening for maximum edge retetion
- No overheating
- Only 1 operation (no burr formation, no honing, no finishing)
Scope: Woodcarving tools, plain blades, woodworking chisel, knives, scissor and cutley (also for HSS)
Sharpening istruction:
- cutting edge must not overheat (blue discolouration), Otherwise the edge retetion will be lost
- All possible discoloured parts must be completely ground off before building up new cutting edge
Cuttin angle:
- for light work in soft wood about 15°
- for heavy work in hard wood about 35
